About Our Business
QUAT Inc. is a consultant and trainer of asbestos and lead paint abatement.
Our mission is to provide certified training and education that enables contractors in
the home repair business to meet legal regulations governing the abatement and
management of lead paint and asbestos. Our goal is to train company employees in
the safe practices of handling these hazardous materials and to ensure their proper

QUAT Inc. also consults for schools, churches, home owners and industry in
monitoring and managing asbestos and lead paint they may have in their facilities.
QUAT Inc. has been providing certified training for over 15 years and Consulting for
21 years.
Quat's successful passing rate for students taking Michigan's Third Party State
exams, for certifications, are in the 90%+ and is consistently one of the highest in
